JOB DESCRIPTION

BUILT is a design-build and construction management studio in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We help clients on residential renovations and new construction with a focus on strong design, clean detailing, and rigorous documentation. For 2026, we are looking for an interior designer to support floor plan, finish selections, drawing set production, consultant coordination, and field support from concept through construction administration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent

  • 4-5+ years of experience in high-end interior design or architectural design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, space planning, and detailing

  • Revit proficiency and technical excellence; comfortable producing CD-level documentation

  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, aesthetics, and design history

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and dependable
