Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Building Leaders Breakfast! This year’s event featured a powerful keynote by Katie McDonald on the theme of "Getting sh*t done without coming undone." Guests enjoyed a morning of networking and inspiring dialogue focused on sustainable self-care and professional excellence.

Requirements:
Active IIDA membership is required.
Volunteers are expected to attend monthly (and eventually bi-weekly) planning meetings leading up to the Spring event.
