JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer II to run day-to-day aspects of projects through all phases of design while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

  • Lead the design process on multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations

  • Prepare design presentations and present solutions directly to clients

  • Produce and review construction documentation

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors

  • Lead and mentor junior staff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional degree in Interior Design

  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience

  • NCIDQ certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Revit

  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of interior architecture detailing and construction processes

  • Strength in both design leadership and technical documentation

  • Ability to manage project schedules and deliverables
