Community Engagement Food Project Volunteer Day

Join the IIDA NE Community Engagement Committee for a volunteer day with The Food Project at Ingalls Farm! Help support their spring prep work on Saturday, May 17, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Volunteers will be accompanied by the amazing Youth Crew from the Food Project, to learn about their mission to build a more equitable food system for everyone. Be prepared to get your hands dirty! Gardening gloves and weather appropriate clothes are recommended. This event will be hosted in-person, with all activities taking place outdoors.

Registration is free, however, volunteer space is limited to (20) people! For any questions, please contact Katie Munks - kmunks@toi-inc.com.

Annual Meeting & Community Celebration

Let’s come together to celebrate the dedication and passion of our IIDA NE community! Join us for an evening of fun and celebration, where we'll reflect on our accomplishments and look forward to the future.

This year, we’re also recognizing our nonprofit partners who make a significant impact on our community. All are welcome! See old friends and make new ones, enjoy refreshing summer drinks, and participate in engaging activities and prize giveaways.

This is a hybrid event - you’re welcome to join us either in person or via Zoom. We’ll be hosting two in-person gatherings happening simultaneously at different locations. During registration, you will be asked to choose your location.

  • Boston: Humanscale, 34 Farnsworth St, Boston, MA 02210

  • Connecticut: Location to be determined

  • Program: 6:00-6:30 PM

  • Networking & Games: 6:30-8:00 PM

Art Uncorked

ArtUncorked is back! Join the IIDA NE Community Engagement Committee on Thursday, April 17 from 5:00-8:00pm to celebrate our reimagined event.

Exciting details include:

  • Gallery style showcase of beautiful artwork from our design industry peers and beneficiary partners

  • HIGHLY coveted raffle prizes

  • Opportunity to mingle with representatives from local charitable organizations: Art In Giving, Artists For Humanity, Artward Bound, RawArt Works

  • Collaborative & interactive installation art

  • The return of the wine pull!

If you are interested in donating a raffle prize or original artwork, please reach out to Emily Pereira.

Online registration is now closed, but you can still register on-site!

Curio is located near North Station for those traveling by train. There are nearby valet lots or metered spots near Canal Street, otherwise the Government Center / TD Garden parking garages are within walking distance.
