VENDOR REGISTRATION - SOLD OUT!
This year’s event has been revamped to make the vendor experience even more engaging. Cars will be moved away from the vendor spots, so you’ll be more visible and feel more connected to everyone there. Each vendor will have a 14’ x 14’ spot, large enough to fit a 10’ x 10’ tent, with a little wiggle room. If you’re bringing a tent, please note that weighted sand bags must be used to secure your tent, per facilities regulations. You will be allotted one parking space that will be in the southern portion of the lot.

Vendor Liability Release
By participating as an exhibitor in this event, vendors release IIDA New England, its board, staff, and volunteers from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to my property, and for any injury to vendors, their staff/guests, arising from participation in this event. It is understood that IIDA New England does not provide insurance coverage for exhibitors and that exhibitors are responsible for their own property and safety during the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received two weeks before the event, will be fully refunded. Registrations cancelled within two weeks of the event, will not be refunded. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no cost.
CONSENT TO IMAGE USE
Audience photographs, screenshots and/or video may be taken at this event. By nature of your attendance, you are granting permission for your image, voice and likeness to be used for marketing purposes.
