EDI Building Blocks: Policies that Support Belonging in the Workplace

Join the DLN network and EDI committee for our 2025 Leadership Series, EDI Building Blocks: Policies that Support Belonging in the Workplace. This 4-part series will provide valuable insights on how our industry can enhance belonging in the workplace. By participating as part of a cohort, attendees will not only be inspired but also empowered to take meaningful action based on the learnings from each session.
We ask firms to commit to all 4 sessions, with the flexibility to substitute a different attendee from your firm if needed for future dates. Virtual participation is prioritized for those outside the Boston metro area. Our goal is to create two consistent cohorts—one in-person and one virtual—that will attend all four events in the series.
