IMPORTANT DETAILS - Read carefully before securing your tickets.

  • No physical tickets are issued. Upon purchase of ticket(s), an email confirmation will instruct how to provide your guest's details (name, company name + e-mail). This information will be used to distribute e-mail notification and populate a seating chart / guest list, which is the form of admission. Guest details information is due no later than close of business on Thursday, October 30th.

  • All guests will be provided with and must wear wristbands.

  • Upon entering the facility, each guest must present a valid ID and pass through metal detection devices. This is a Roadrunner policy.

  • Each ticket includes one coat check item and one drink ticket, valid for (1) alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage (Valid ID required for 21+)

  • Guests are welcome to purchase additional beverages by cash or charge at any of the several bars throughout the venue.

  • All ticketed attendees may enjoy an abundant variety of passed hors d'oeuvres and full buffet dinner before the show.  Additional fare are available after the show.

  • Pre-show networking and socializing is encouraged when the venue opens to guests. Post-show, live DJ and dance floor liven up the iconic Fashion Show After-Party!

  • Standing areas may not interfere with egress pathways. Please be respectful of our efforts to maintain this requirement. 

  • Audience photographs and video may be taken at this event. By nature of your attendance, you are granting permission for your image, voice and likeness to be used.

  • Sensitivity Warning: This event may contain flashing images, strobe lights, dramatic lighting changes and other effects. Please be advised when registering and attending the event of these effects as they may cause health concerns such as seizures, heart attacks, etc.

VIP FULL TABLE (10 seats)
Premium viewing location. Wine service included for an additional fee, age verification will be required at the venue, must be 21+ for service of alcohol.

HALF TABLE (5 seats)
Anyone wishing to purchase a full table may purchase (2) half tables.

GENERAL ADMISSION (mezzanine bleachers)
Vantage point is at the discretion of the guest, and available standing space at the time the show begins. All areas of the venue offer exceptional sight lines to the runway, including the mezzanine. GA guests are welcome to dine in the mezzanine bleachers or at any available standing tables (first come, first served).

**Unless the event is sold out, General Admission Tickets will be on sale the night of the event for $285/per person; credit card only.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to jschaumburg@jaffemanagement.com. Cancellations received on or before Thursday, October 30th, will be refunded 75% of the total purchase. Registrations cancelled after Thursday, October 30th, will not be refunded.
