2024 - 2026 Strategic Plan
In March, 2024, the IIDA NE Board of Directors approved a strategic plan that will serve as the foundation for the Chapter’s vision over the next three years. The plan’s three goals focus on the Chapter’s vision of leading within the New England design community, empowering individuals, enhancing member value, providing professional excellence, fostering community and connections, and encouraging organizational and operational excellence.
Each goal consists of strategies, tactics, a task force of dedicated volunteers, and a Champion from the Board of Directors.
