GENERAL INFORMATION
This year the show will take place at the beautiful SoWa Power Station, all live and in person! Dress to impress as you walk down to red carpet. We have gone back to tabled seating where you and your group can sit together at 10 top tables.
Enjoy new categories, Conscientious Design, Senior Living, Health & Wellness Small & Large, and special content on our role in creating a climate fit for life.
TICKET PRICING
As mentioned above, we’re thrilled to return to a tabled seating format! All seating is in tables of 10. You can purchase as many individual tickets as you like. If you wish to secure half of a table (5 seats), secure 5 tickets. If you wish to secure a full table (10 seats), secure 10 tickets. Pricing is as follows.
- IIDA NE Members: $275/ea
- Non-Members: $330/ea
- VIP* Half Table (5 seats): $1,845
- VIP* Full Table (10 seats): $3,690
*VIP Access Details:
- Available to both IIDA members and non-members
- If you purchase a half table, you will be seated with another group of 5 at the Committee’s discretion. We are not able to accommodate special requests.
- There are a limited number of VIP tables available; they are on a first come, first serve basis
- VIP Access Includes:
- Sneak peak of Entry list
- Access to exclusive VIP Pre-Party in the beautiful mezzanine
- 1 bottle of wine provided for every 5 tickets purchased
- Preferred seating closest to the stage (Indicated in red on the diagram below)
- There are a limited number of VIP tables available
TABLE + SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
FOOD & DRINK
- 1 drink ticket per ticket will be provided, followed by a cash bar. VIP guests will receive complementary bottle(s) of wine, see above pricing for details.
- Pre and post-parties will feature passed appetizers, and snack boxes will be placed at each seat for showtime.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- No physical tickets are provided.
- Once you purchase your ticket(s), your confirmation details will instruct you on how to provide your guest's details (names and company names). That information will be used to print name badges which is your form of admission. This information is due no later than close of business on Friday, September 1.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to jhaney@jaffemanagement.com. Cancellations received on or before Friday, September 1, will be refunded 75% of the total purchase. Registrations cancelled after Friday, September 1, will not be refunded.
