    Mary Cotter is a Certified Career Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor/Vocational Evaluator. After three decades working as a school counselor, Mary developed a private career counseling practice with a focus on assisting folks with disabilities find a new career path. Mary’s special area of expertise includes helping veterans with service disabilities and young adults with chronic illness or barriers to employment find a new gig. Mary resides in Mystic, CT with her husband Brian. She has two married children and five grandchildren. Mary competes in canine agility with her golden retrievers, Jag and Trig.

    Deb Gearty is Principal at Ritz, Inc, New England’s leading independent contract furniture and architectural product sales organization. At Ritz, our knowledgeable team assists and supports architects, interior designers, general contractors and end users in the development and specification of architectural products and furniture design solutions for projects in the healthcare, education, life science, hospitality and corporate workplace markets. Deb is an interior design professional, with over 15 years practicing design at architecture & engineering firms before transitioning to business development and sales executive roles in the industry. Because of her extensive experience in project planning & design, she can provide solutions that support design intent while understanding the big picture, balancing various project priorities such as budgets, schedules & sustainability.

    Design truly matters to Deb and believes in its impact on so many facets of our lives. She loves sharing my passion for the design and construction industry by staying actively engaged in professional development, education and mentorship in the AEC community

    Amanda Vigneau holds a Master of Interior Design from the New England School of Art Design at Suffolk University following an undergrad, at Wellesley College, focused on Architecture and Studio Arts, with a strong emphasis on architectural history. Her interests lie in the relationship between architecture and their interior spaces. Amanda values the opportunity to work with clients to understand their needs in making their environments better for working, learning, and living.
