TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to the demand of this event, size restrictions at the venue, and to ensure all interested individuals have the opportunity to participate, the following terms & conditions apply to all orders. No exceptions. You will be required to agree to these terms and conditions at the time of your ticket purchase. We thank you for your understanding!

  • The online ticket form is timed at 4 minutes. Your purchase is only secured once you receive a confirmation email from the chapter.

  • Tickets can be paid for via credit card only and payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • All player names must be submitted on or before Thursday, July 9th. Any names not submitted OR changed after that date, will be charged a $25 per name fee due immediately. Information required is full name, company name and email address. Information should be emailed to Jessica.

  • Cancellation Policy: No tickets will be refunded at any time for this event.

PARKING

Parking is not included in registration. Street parking is available, but be sure to check signs for restricted areas. The Bellevue Gardens Center parking lot, across the street from the main entrance, is an hourly fee-based lot. Parking is also available at the Newport Transportation Center located at 23 America’s Cup Avenue, Newport, RI. The RIPTA trolley (#67-yellow line) leaves every 20 minutes from the Newport Transportation Center and stops at our entrance on Bellevue Avenue. Ridership is free from June 1 till October 30. Take a bus receipt when you get on the trolley, and show that receipt when exiting the parking garage for discounted parking. ATTIRE

We invite you to celebrate our theme through your attire by wearing colors that honor our theme of Heritage Sports - think whites, blues and greens. Due to the historic nature of the International Tennis Hall of Fame and the grass courts, TENNIS SHOES are required. Grass Court tennis shoes are strictly forbidden.
