Make plans to join us on Thursday, April 8, at 8:00 a.m.!

Are you ready for a burst of energy and motivation, to honor some really great people in the industry, and network with others? If so, sign up for the virtual IIDA NE Business Leaders Breakfast, taking place via Zoom on Thursday, April 8, at 8:00 a.m.!

The 2021 IIDA New England Business Leaders Breakfast is a great opportunity to network with peers and colleagues, honor deserving members of our design community, and get inspired by our adventurous keynote speaker Robyn Benincasa. Robyn is a World Champion Adventure Racer, a San Diego City Firefighter, a New York Times Bestselling Author and a CNN Hero – so she definitely knows a thing or two about building world-class teams that succeed against the toughest of odds.

We are proud to once again partner with ArtLifting as our 2021 charity beneficiary! ArtLifting empowers artists experiencing homelessness or living with disabilities through the celebration and sale of their artwork. ArtLifting is about creating opportunity, empowerment, and validation. ArtLifting offers their artists the chance to secure their own income through the sale of original paintings, prints, and products. By showcasing and selling artwork, their artists gain self-confidence that permeates all aspects of their lives.

Notebooks measure 5.25" x 8.25", have an elastic band closure, and are filled with graph paper. This year’s notebook features ‘Pyramid’ by local Boston artist Jeff Powers. Jeff says "The one thing I love about my art is that it's a choice. I had an addiction at one point, and I had a choice to throw away the addiction or my life. I chose to throw away the addiction." All proceeds from notebook sales go directly to ArtLifting and more than half of those proceeds go directly to Jeff. Notebooks are $25/each.

Why the extra $3?

One Bill at a Time is a campaign to raise awareness and resources for Interior Design Advocacy in the New England Region. By adding three dollars to each event hosted by IIDA NE, we remind ourselves that advancing our profession is the core mission of our Organizations and, with small individual contributions throughout our community, we can make a large impact*.

*At the conclusion of each calendar year, all funds raised will be distributed to New England states with active advocacy initiatives in direct proportion to the percent of Chapter membership residing in each state. We dedicate this campaign to the individuals that achieved interior design legislation in New England states and paved the way for the future of our profession, One Bill at a Time.
