TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to the demand of this event, size restrictions at the venue, and to ensure all interested individuals have the opportunity to participate, the following terms & conditions apply to all orders. No exceptions. You will be required to agree to these terms and conditions at the time of your ticket purchase. We thank you for your understanding!

  • Only six (6) tickets may be purchased per company. This includes any combination of tickets - playing or non. Please know that due to the demand of this event, we will be strictly enforcing this rule. If additional, unauthorized, orders are found, they will be immediately cancelled and refunded without warning or notification. Please be sure to check with your colleagues!
  • The online ticket form is timed at 4 minutes. Your purchase is only secured once you receive a confirmation email from the chapter.
  • Tickets can be paid for via credit card only and payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • All player names must be submitted on or before July 18. Any names not submitted OR changed after that date, will be charged a $25 per name fee due immediately.
  • If you have secured your six (6) tickets and you wish to request more, a maximum of two (2) additional tickets may be requested by completing an online form that will be linked on this page once tickets go on sale. There is a hard limit of eight (8) tickets per company. Those that request additional tickets will be notified by email, regarding your request. However, please note the following:
    • Requests are based on a first come, first serve basis.
    • If/when the additional tickets are granted, they will only be secured once all of the following things have been completed. If all three of these items have not been completed/received, then the tickets are not secured.
      • Full payment has been received
      • Player names have been provided
      • Confirmation email has been received from the Chapter
    • Please note that in previous years, we have been able to accommodate the majority of all additional ticket requests; however, requests are not guaranteed until the aforementioned steps take place.
  • Cancellation Policy: No tickets will be refunded at any time for this event.

PARKING
Parking is not included in registration. Parking for the event is available in the lot across from the Tennis Hall of Fame in the CVS plaza for a flat rate of $15 with validation at the event registration desk.
