Terms & Conditions

Due to the demand of this event, size restrictions at the venue, and to ensure all interested individuals have the opportunity to participate, the following terms & conditions apply to all orders. No exceptions. You will be required to agree to these terms and conditions at the time of your ticket purchase. We thank you for your understanding!

  • Only four tickets may be purchased per company. This includes any combination of tickets - playing or non.
  • Please know that due to the demand of this event, we will be strictly enforcing the rule that only four tickets are allowed per company. If additional, unauthorized, orders are found, they will be immediately cancelled and refunded without warning or notification.
  • The online ticket form is timed at 4 minutes. Your purchase is only secured once BOTH of the following items have happened:
    • Full payment has been received
    • You received a confirmation email from the chapter.
  • Payment for tickets: Tickets can be paid for via check or credit card. If you're planning to pay via check, please note that if the check is not received in 14 calendar days, IIDA NE will notify you and ask for a credit card for payment or tickets will be released and sold to another party. Payment is due within 24 hours of being contacted before the tickets will be released.
  • All player names must be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m., EST, Monday, June 3. Any names not submitted OR changed after that date, will be charged a $25 per name fee due immediately.
  • Additional tickets may be requested by completing an online form (will be live once ticket sales are live). Those that request additional tickets will be notified by email, regarding your request. However, please note the following:
    • We are no longer considering or allowing requests for more than 2 additional tickets (6 tickets total). No exceptions.
    • Requests are based on a first come, first serve basis.
    • If/when the additional tickets are granted, they will only be secured once all of the following things have been completed. If all three of these items have not been completed/received, then the tickets are not secured.
      1. Full payment has been received
      2. Player names have been provided
      3. Confirmation email has been received from the Chapter
    • Please note that in previous years, we have been able to accommodate the majority of all additional ticket requests; however, requests are not guaranteed until the aforementioned steps take place

Cancellation Policy: No tickets will be refunded at any time for this event.

  • IIDA Members: $165/ticket
  • Non-Members: $210/ticket
  • Non-Playing*: $95/ticket
  • Drink Tickets**: $3.50/each

*We are once again offering a "non-playing ticket" option which is limited to 50 individual. Individuals with this ticket type can come anytime during the event.

**Drink Tickets: beer/wine: 2 tickets; mixed drinks: 3 tickets. Nonalcoholic drinks are complimentary.
